10 The Rode Hall Farmers' Market

The Rode Hall Farmer's Market. It's a treasure trove of beautiful food, produce and crafts and a place I love to go to on sunny autumn mornings with my mum (which is exactly what we did on Saturday!). The market is set in the beautiful grounds of Rode Hall, which is a lovely country house in South Cheshire, and it usually has around 50 stalls. There is a huge range of fresh produce as well as pies, cakes, preserves, cheese, chutneys, ciders, wines, jewelry, crafts, meat, fish...the list could go on! Me and my mum bought some cherry and banana yogurt, some tortilla chips, fresh foccacia bread and some mushrooms! I also got some amazing hand made beeswax lipbalm which is helping my horrible dry lips through these chilly autumn days!

I look some photos that will hopefully give you an idea of how lovely the market is.

If you're interested in checking the market out, it is held on the first Saturday of every month (I wish it was more often) and is based just outside of Rode Heath. The market has has a twitter account so have a look and if you're in the area next's the perfect place to find Christmas presents!
